Conflict management - course description

Conflicts are an integral part of working life and have the potential to be both destructive and constructive. The goal of the course is to equip participants with the tools, strategies and skills necessary for effective and constructive conflict management. During the training you will learn why disagreements occur and how to bring balance.

How to behave in a conflict situation?

Remember that effective conflict management requires openness, flexibility and a willingness to cooperate. Pursuing conflict resolution in a constructive manner can yield positive results and contribute to a better understanding and relationship between the conflicting parties.
