Making a difference - course description

The training is focused on discussing the comprehensive change implementation process that leads to successful completion. Provides participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage change in the organization and achieve the desired results. Includes tips that can be used in the change management process .

How to manage and what tools to choose in a change situation?

During the course, participants will explore the various stages of the change implementation process. Starting with an analysis of the needs and objectives of the change, they will learn how to precisely define the goals, identify stakeholders and assess the impact of the change on the organization. This will be followed by a discussion of strategies for planning and designing change, such as setting priorities, developing timelines, allocating resources and creating communication plans.

Change management is not just about meeting a new reality. It’s all about responding to change and observing behavior in the face of change in the organization. The role of the leader in the whole process plays a key role here, so the ”Change Management” course is mainly designed for people who are in charge of controlling the duties of employees on a daily basis.
